hi there, where i am recently moved, i am 1407feet about sea level.
at this height, should i be thinking about adjusting my cake recipes?? i bake from stratch and find my cakes rise great, but eventually sink half way through baking. i bake at 325 all the time. its jsut like the cake don't hold its body.

thanks

i live in high altitude and have never adjusted for that. Although, I have lived in same area for my whole life. not sure if that has anything to do with it. I have noticed though that my baking is better with my gas oven than it was with the electric.
