Somebody said once to frost it while cake is frozen has anyone tried that? Any ideas from you experts that have done the trial and error method. I've done only one and wasn't real thrilled with it. Thanks loads, I have a cake coming up that has a 16, 14, 12 and 10 inch squares.

Make sure there is plenty of icing and work away from the corner in both directions using a bench scraper.

Ok if I use a lot of frosting will it shift when I move the cake? I will stack them on site.

I just mean start out with plenty of frosting, it sucks to have to go back and add more. Its all about taking it off. You should end up with a normal amount.
