Apple pie filling or cream cheese filling. icon_biggrin.gif

It's going to be covered with fondant, so the icing really isn't important.

Has anyone tried cream cheese filling?? I'm not a big fan of cream cheese on bagels and stuff like that, but before i began decorating cakes, i always used the can of cream cheese frosting for the spice cake. I suppose the filling is probably just like that??

Another idea - caramel filling.

Cream cheese filling all the way. I think it tastes the best on carrot cake and spice cake. Let us know how it goes!
