If you're insisting upon making your own fondant, then... Try the MMF recipe, just squirt one thing of "Choco-Bake" into the marshmallows before you nuke them. It gives it a pretty chocolatey taste. I don't think you're going to get the full "this tastes just like ganache" flavor out of it, but it gets it pretty chocolatey..
Otherwise, my recommendation would be to get the chocolate fondant (not sure they call it fondant or what specifically) from auiswiss.com ... Their fondant is the best I've ever tasted but I know that they also have a dark chocolate option that's pretty good.
