Hi All,
I have a cake coming up and they have requested a dolphin on the cake. I have looked in several of my figure piping books and have had no luck finding a dolphin. detective.gif Has anyone out there done one and would be willing to pass along the directions? Thanks in advance.

I've never done one, but I'm sure with a little practice, you could easily do it.

There is a picture of the cake I made when my husband and I got married in my photos. It is an edible image that I found at a local cake supply store.

If anyone figures out how to make a 3-D dolphin; share- I am making a tropical island themed cake this weekend and that would be a great touch!
