Your cake look great! A lot of creative designs! My only suggestion would be to cover your boards with something a little nicer than aluminum foil. Try the fancifoil or wrapping paper covered with clear contact paper.
The Einstein cake is so good! Very good detail!
The Devil's icon is very sharp, again...good detail.
3 tier blue: I never would have thought of these colors together but they look good together. The scrolls are evenly spaced. If you can't use plates closer to the size of the cakes (and I know some of these stands are one-piecers, so you can't change the plates) then I'd suggest something like the ruffle around the bottom of the cakes so the cake doesn't look lost on such a large plate. You can add some large icing flowers around the base of the cake to take up space, too.
I would also agree with the above post about the alum. foil. One roll of the paper made specifically to cover cake boards will go a long way.
