Is it OK to freeze Carrot Cake since it has raisins and what not in it? I always freeze the other cakes I make but not so sure about the Carrot Cake. I hope y'all say it is OK since I already did it icon_biggrin.gif

I have frozen it with great results......so I'm sure you'll be fine...I didn't have my frosted though...so I don't know about that

I freeze carrot cake. Just not the cream cheese icing!!!!
