You can use a tiny bit of copper color - sounds weird I know, but it works!

I think that Wilton has a flesh tone color but I haven't tried that one.

I guess it depends which flesh tone you are looking for! icon_smile.gif

I really like the wilton copper light skin tone for "white" skin. A little bit goes a long way but it doesn't get orange.

I generally use a combination of ivory and creamy peach ... works well for caucasions. If I need to make an African American, I then will add a little cocoa powder until it's the right depth.

on the cake I made in my pictures with the babies I used Ivory as their skin tone. I thought that worked well.
