I have 2 separate cakes to make for different people.
The first one is for a friend. Her birthday is May 1st, her husbands is May 3rd and their anniversary is May 2nd. She would like one cake for all 3 occasions. She has no idea what she wants on it and I am wracking my brain trying to come up with something to incorporate all 3 occasions on the cake. HELP. PLEASE.

The second cake is for my grandson and son. They have the same birthday. The baby will be 2 this year and my son will be 27. Tribi(the little one) loves spongebob and hotwheels. My son is into wrestling(Hulk Hogan), the Green Bay Packers and horse racing. Oh and Tribi loves Oobi. I don't know if anyone here has seen Oobi but thats another story.LOL. Any ideas. icon_razz.gif

Thanks

For you son and grandson you can have Oobie doing finger puppets of the green bay packers or have Oobie thumb wrestling. Oobie can go to the horse races.

For your friends birthday/anniversary cake you can have someting symbolizing them alone on their birthdays then join them together on top for their anniversary never being alone on their birthdays again.

My mind isn't moving fast this morning. I hope you can make something of my ramblings.

only idea for son & grandson is sponge bob wrestling Hulk Hogan.

as for other: here's two sketches

one sheet cake

other 3 smaller cakes -- say 6 inch each or so. wedding one could be replica of top tier of original cake if that's possible.

Doug - I love your interlocking rings idea. That could be a beautiful cake - her side, his side, and their joined together middle part.

Thanks everyone. I love the cake with the interlocking rings. I think I'm going to go with that one for my friend and her dh.
And I like spongebob wrestling Hulk Hogan. That sounds like a fun one.
My daughter-in-law is leaning towards a horse racing cake. She wants to get as many family members as possible to put in for a certificate for the Kentucky Derby for him. This way he can bet to his hearts content. icon_razz.gif
If anyone has anymore ideas let me know.
Also their anniversary of when they met is that day too. I'm planning a special little cake for her. I'm not going to say what it is because she comes on this site and I want it to be a suprise. icon_biggrin.gif

Another thought for the b-day anniversary cake would be to get the number candles for each of their birthdays, and an inexpensive unity candle for their anniversary and arrange them all together on the cake.

I love the one with the candles too. Decisions, decisions. It's a good thing these cakes are a couple of weeks away. icon_razz.gif
