ive got an order for next week for a dress cake. i thought a slight modification of the doll cake would be nice but ive never made one before!! from what ive gathered on the website, they take alot of batter? however, the order is for a cake for only 10 people so i'm a little confused as to how to downsize it. does anyone know of any molds that will give me the same shape but are smaller? or any other ideas? im pretty lost. this is only my second order and ive only been baking for 5 months. eeeks. im so nervous! oooh...and how should i charge? (ive never charged before!!)
thanks so much for reading! (im sorry its so long!)

Here are directions for a piped doll cake:

The info given for the doll says it serves 10-12. If you want a smaller cake, just cut off a portion from what would be the bottom portion of the skirt.
