It has been brought to my attention that someone on another web-site, one that is not popular with the members here, is now using the avatar that I was using. Scarlet O'Hara from Gone With the Wind and even went so far as to use "Fiddle Dee Dee"
I have now changed my avatar but I just wanted my friends at CC to know that "it's not me"
My home is here at CC. I don't know or want to know about another site.

I occasionally, but rarely, go on Wilton.com forums. It drives me crazy there that it takes a day or two to post your questions and answers. Here on CC it's immediate! CC is the only place for me ... and besides Wilton, I don't even know of any other cake discussion forums.
Someone I know that visited the other site told me of it. I trust that person.
It isn't Wilton's site. I could give a hint of the site but this has been a sore subject lately.
I know people could have the same avatar but what are the odds.
I only post this thread because I didn't want my friends here to think it was me. There are some members here who know what site I'm talking about and the ones that don't all the better.

Got it, there are only a few "other" cake boards. None are as good as CC by far! I LOVE it here. I was at one other one and than lurker at 2 others before I found this board. I'm glad I kept looking, and glad than Duff said this was a good place to learn about cakes from.

I wouldn't sweat it. Most people from here only have time for here. How could anyone effectively be on two forums and keep up?

I am certain I know who it is, they are a member here. They didn't do it to be mean, they just liked my avatar. That's ok.
Think I will have to go back to my old avatar since everyone knows me by that. I just didn't want anyone to have hard feelings for me do to mistaken identity 
I don't want to be mistaken as a "spy" 
Isn't it the truth, I have trouble finding time for CC (can never have too much time). I certainly don't have time for another site.
