What is something that you just absolutely can't live without (cake wise anyway)... I'm talking favorite Pan, tip, anything that is a must for you....

I'm wanting to get MY own supply up instead of always borrowing my mom's stuff. SO I wanted to know what are some MUST HAVES...

several tip 18, a good selection of tips 1-5 (i use these all the time) and definitely tip 352 for leaves. pans: love the 9 x 13 and 8" rounds. the 12 x 18 is also quite useful! I only use featherweight bags. love them! you can buy them in large lots on Ebay for fairly inexpensive.

My kitchenaid, really good spatulas and having multiple numbers of the most popular decorating tips. I would go nuts if I didn't have alot of #16,18,3, etc.. and my fondant smoother for use with the Viva paper towel trick!

A good ANGLED spatula. I had used a straight one for years, not knowing what I was missing. Clear vinyl by the yard. I use it for mixing and kneading fondant and gumpaste, rolling out fondant and cookies. It makes counter clean-up a breeze. Tappit alphabet cutters. I CAN NOT write with icing. They make life so much easier. Washable bags and couplers. I love the ability to switch tips in seconds.

To quote Steve Irwin "CROCS RULE!!!!" I love my crocs, what a HUGE difference they have made with my back. Dick's Sporting Goods Stores sells them for $29.00, I plan on going back and getting the pink color.
