Anyone have any good directions, or the name of a book that has good directions in it that I can buy?

Peonies - ahhh! I love 'em! I haven't tried GP flowers yet though. I'd start with the local library and see what books they have on it first before I make a purchase.

Well, I didn't find directions per se, but this lady's site has pictures and the cutters you can get! Peony is a very weird word... icon_confused.gif

Nick Lodge has a video on gumpaste peonies on his website and instructions in the International School of Sugar Art book 3.

I must say I am still a little flabbergasted at the price between the cakesbydesign and colettes peony cutters. I do see a little difference in their shapes but not an $85.00 difference. Gesh! I wonder why there is such a huge difference.
