I searched online and had no luck. I'm making a luau cake for my friends 21st birthday in June and I noticed in the gallery some people had cute little platic hula girls that had round plastic bottoms, so they could stand on their own. Also, the plastic palm trees in case I am not successful making pretzel stick and icing trees. I was going to try out local party stores to see if they had anything with the other luau decorations but I was wondering if there was an online source I could check also.

Sugarcraft had a few things but I didn't like them.

Also, if you know of anything I could use that isn't specifically designed as a cake topper let me know. I'm open for suggestions; I have almost 2 months to get this planned. icon_biggrin.gif

Have you tried party stores? PartyCity and places like that? my sister does a Hawaiian party every year. She got her supplies from a place in NY, but was able to find a few in Party store too.

Thanks guys. There are two party stores near me that I'm going to check out but I wanted to see if there was a source online in case I don't find anything. Oriental Trading didn't have anything I could use on the cake, none that I could find anyway.

Thanks for the links SarahJane. icon_smile.gif I love that hula dancer.

If you lived in the Portland, OR area, I would send you to The Decorette Shop in Tigard. I'm sure you could find something there. They do have a website, but unfortunately they do not have any of their cake toppers/decorations on it. I suppose it's because they have too many to list. Good Luck on your search!

I found that same site last night Doug. I've got it saved to favorites in case I can't find anything locally. I've searched high and low and its the ONLY site I've found that sells those decorations! thumbs_up.gif

I should mention I found it by searching for plastic hula girl figurines. It did not come up when I searchd hawaiian/luau/hula girl cake toppers. icon_rolleyes.gif
