Suggestions For Gumpaste Tulips

I made some gumpaste tulips the other day, but I didn't put wire or anything throught the flower. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to attached the flowers and leaves to the cake?

Should I make more with wires...something else???

Well it is just me but I would make more with wires, but it depends on where you will be placing it on the cake, because I would inset a straw and too many straws and you have an issue. icon_wink.gif If you are using foindatn you can attach them with royal icing, water or a glue made from the sugar paste.
