Do any of my CC friends have a recipe for a good Mole sauce they would be willing to share?

I use the jar, Rogelio Bueno brand. A lot easier. Sorry couldn't help.

Have you checked allrecipes.com ?

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I got a recipe from there, but wondered if there were some of our Spanish-speaking friends who might have something. I'll definitely look out for the brand you recommend and give it a try.

Mole is my favorite! My mom makes it for me for my birthday, but she doesn't use recipes. To this day I don't know how she makes it, I know it has more than 20 ingredients in it ( I counted once). Sorry I am no help icon_redface.gif Try posting in the spanish forum, someone may be able to help.
