Does anyone do this?

I got her book The Well Decorated Cake on Friday, and she shows using a spackle of cake crumbs, filling & BC... It looks like a good idea to fill in the gaps etc...

I haven't used it but it has been discussed before on CC. I would do a forum search for "Spackle" I am sure you will come up with the other topics.

I've used it and it works great. The only problem is.......if you use cake scraps to make spackling, you can't make cake balls!!! icon_lol.gif
