you could do a two tier cake in light blue...then draw a crack down the front like scrat caused in the first ice age cake...and have scrat (the squirrel thing) on top holding his little acorn. then decorate the rest of the cake with the other characters or just icicles or something!

How about icing the cake dark blue for all the melted water and then make a white icefloat in the middle with some characters standing on it?
