Need some ideas on how to go about this. Edible image is out, don't have the supplies and I'd like them to be more impressive. I'm thinking I could either use an upside down egg cookie cutter, or actually get his image off of the internet and handcut the cookies and just free hand everything else. But what icing medium should I use? Anybody have any thoughts on this? I'm also doing the cases but those are fairly easy.

I would free hand it, but if you dont mind me asking, why are you making Howie cookies?? Do you know someone who is going to be on Deal or No Deal?
