I plan to do my first fbct at the end of April. Can I make it a week ahead and put it in freezer for a week? or should I make it the day before. Just not sure how it will come out-want my customer to be satisfied-if does not work plan to do gel transfer and star it.....just nervous

it should be fine. i make mine a week ahead all the time. that way i won't be in a time crunch when a cake is due. good luck!

I also left mine in the freezer for a week and it was fine, it's in my pics, its the sunscreen bottle.
