I am wanting to get one myself but do not know a lot about them. I have seen the ones that they have out for cake decorating and some at places like Hobby Lobby and Michaels. Is there a differerence in them and if so what is the difference?

Will have to watch this thread closely. I'm starting to acquire all sorts of cake toys, lol!

I have an airbrush from airbrush city. I really like mine, but I'm really new. Mine cost a lot less than buying one from Kopycake or Badger, etc. HTH

I have a dual action Badger that I spent less than $100 for b/c when I bought it I wasn't sure how much I would really use it. Well, I use it all the time and I absolutely love it! I have never had any problems with it (except when running white airbrush paint through it- but that is a problem with settling in the white paint, not the brush).

I airbrush entire cakes with color, luster dust and super pearl- I would never want to be without it.

I purchased mine new from Ebay after watching auctions for about a week.

I've never used an airbrush -I did not know, that I can use Luster Dust or Pearl Dust. That's very interesting.
