I haven't tried it but that's what is recommended in Rhondas Marshmallow fondant recipe on this site! What does it smell like? I've heard of it but I'm not familiar with it.

I use it in Buttercream, cake mix, but since I started putting it in my NFSC recipe. I sell cookies like crazy! I used 2 bottles of it this week. Had lots of orders. Every one wants to know how I get my cookies to taste so good! ![]()

It said to use the same amount as you would with your extract in baked goods and a little less in things that weren't baked or heated.
