...Lorann's Princess cake & cookie bakery emulsion? I just got some this week and am excited about trying it. It smells divine, but I just wondered what it tasted like and what you put it in.

I did a forum search, but couldn't find any results.

Thanks!

I haven't tried it but that's what is recommended in Rhondas Marshmallow fondant recipe on this site! What does it smell like? I've heard of it but I'm not familiar with it.

The bottle says that it "adds a creamy, rich bouquet and a light nutty taste." I understand "nutty," but I'm not sure what the "creamy, rich bouquet" part is supposed to be. icon_lol.gif

It smells like vanilla, almond, and citrus.

sounds wonderful! Maybe add some to a yellow cake instead of the Vanilla extract (or in addition to it!) icon_biggrin.gif

I use it in Buttercream, cake mix, but since I started putting it in my NFSC recipe. I sell cookies like crazy! I used 2 bottles of it this week. Had lots of orders. Every one wants to know how I get my cookies to taste so good! icon_lol.gificon_lol.gif

It sounds a lot like the Creme Bouquet flavoring I use in my BC. I wonder if it's just another brand of the same thing. How much of it do you have to use? I use the same amount of Creme Bouquet that I would use of an extract.

I will definitely give it a try this week!

It said to use the same amount as you would with your extract in baked goods and a little less in things that weren't baked or heated.
