Hi

I need help with ideas for a going away/ early retirement cake. A colleague is emigrating to greece. after working in the same company for 10 years. she very girly woman.she love pink, cuddly toys/fairies. but i would prefer to do an elegant cake rather than focusing on teddy bears etc.

Can anyone help I have 2 days to do this cake.

Thanking you in advance for your help

an idea (using sheet cake w/ wilton 3-D stand-up house or similar)

that's supposed to be her on a lounge chair w/ a glass of wine in her hand

and could have grapes instead of flowers on vine.

Maybe you could do something like this (playing on the fact that her favorite color is pink)...and just not put the tiara on top or the little pillow...but make a really beautiful cake using pink, making it really eleagant...maybe even include a little fondant plaque that looks like a ribbon that says..."We'll Miss You" on it...at the bottom??? Oh BTW this is by CakesbySam
