I was just wondering if anyone has ordered from instawares before. We ordered 4 different packs of pink cake boxes last Monday from there and i paid extra to have faster shipping ($53). I called this morning (Monday) a week later to see where my order was since it wa to be here on Saturday at the latest, and they said it is just shipping today and then will be here is the 3-6 business days. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! icon_cry.gificon_cry.gif We have been waiting for these boxes!!!!! Customer service said they don't gurantee any shipping time - it can ship that day or whenever they "get to it!". icon_evil.gif

Has anyone else ever had that problem with them? The customer service people including the manager were very rude and basically said there is nothing they can do. They won't credit me for the difference between the shipping fast and normal either! thumbsdown.gificon_mad.gif

Anyone know of anywhere else to get pink boxes at a good price?

Beware if you order from them!!!!! icon_twisted.gif

I order from them all the time and they have always been super friendly without major problems. Once they sent the pink boxes to me and they arrived damaged; they sent replacements that day and they were very apologetic. Sorry u had a bad experience. I'd try talking to someone else. They usually ship my orders within 24 hours.

No, I don't know of hand where but just do a search on Google for cake boxes. What I do know though is that you should forward the letter you posted them. I will certainly never use them.

Thank you - I did just email customer service - I was also trying to speak with the superviser and I was told I couldn't. icon_mad.gif This stinks!!! We have lots of jobs to go out this week and now we have to buy expensive boxes and travel an hour to get them! icon_cry.gif
