hello all!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the White as Snow Buttercream, I'm wondering if I add unsweetened chocolate to it, not cocoa powder, would it taste like chocolate buttercream? And if so, how many blocks of the chocolate should I put in it?
Or does anyone know of a chocolate buttercream that crusts that they would recommend?
Thank you!!

You will have to add lots of chocolate in order to get a strong enough flavour.
Cocoa powder because it is so concentrated is what will give you the deepest flavour.
Melt a couple of ounces at a time until you are happy with the taste. Good luck

I would start out with a 1/4 cup and then go to taste.
You will taste the flavour and add as you go. You cannot make it too chocolaty.
Taste as you go along and when you find it strong enough for your tastes then that is it.
It depends on how much icing you are making too. Start with 1/4 and go from there.
Enjoy your chocolate tastings
