Didn't Duff do cookies for a wedding? Lots of stacked cookies?
The local little cake supply here sells those cookie cakes, decorated with RI flowers for 4.50?ish each.

After all of your advice, lots of research and pricing, I quoted the bride $7 each. She said that that wasn't a problem, because this is what they wanted. This will be my biggest order to date...price wise.

Good luck, last year I did 160 square present mini cakes. I nearly died and thought I would never finish. Each cake had filling, than was iced in buttercream than individually covered in fondant. Each cake board was wiped twice! I had my whole family helping me. It was hell, just be prepared and well organized and do a practice run!
Does the poured fondant dry? Do you have to have buttercream underneath it?
