Hey you guys... I really want to broaden my cake baking skills. I want to know where I can find templates to practice writing and drawing with chocolate. I wanna be able to use chocolate on top of my cake besides as a glaze.

Thanks for your help!

make your own.

print out messages in different fonts from your word processor.

cover w/ clear acetate (transparency film) or vinyl or if small enough, slip inside that wilton practice board.

this way can make any thing you want --- and if you do clip art can make designs too.

You can use any word processing or graphic program for text and fonts that you like. You can also google image search for the word "clipart" and you'll get tons of results. HTH.

I just find what I want in my graphics program; words, letters, pics, etc.. Then I flip it (mirror image). Slip it in a washed report cover (on a cake board for stability) and use a # 2 or 3 tip and decorator bag to fill it in. Refrigerate until set and VOILA! I did my John Deere Green Cake in my photos like that.

I LOVE doing chocolate transfers and I WANT TO SEE JACQUES TORRES AGAIN ON FOOD TV!! He is my chocolate HERO!!!

WHERE ARE YOU JACQUES?
