Man Mold Instructions

i recently purchased the man mold but it does not come with instructions. is there anyone who has used this mold and can tell me how to use it?

awesome where did you get it???? I would say grease it up with some crisco push in gumpaste or fondant and pull it out. Are you having issues using it or you just didn't know where to begin???
