This is the Sugar Veil Website! I really don't know much about it but i hope it helps!
I saw it for the first time at the big Sugar Show in Las Vegas on the Food Network. Its just like lace or latice work that goes on cakes...it looks really cool, but kind of intricate work. The gal who did it made it look easy but I could see where it would take some practice to get the hang of it.
MelC did a fabulous review of the sugarveil system.....it is here somewhere, I am sure if you did a search you would find, short of that I would PM her, she has one....and I am sure she could explain a bit better....
(sorry never used one, I have just watched MelC use it...very cool tool!!)
