There used to be a shop at the Del Amo Mall (where I live) and all they did were cookies and cookie cakes. They were soooo good. I was wondering if anyone on here has a recipe for something like that. It's almost the same as the Mrs. Fields cookie cakes. Do you just use regular cookie dough or is it a special recipe? Thanks, Kristen

I have made several cookie cakes! (pics posted) I just use regular cookie dough, though pro places may use something different! I either use a good sugar cookie recipe, chocolate chip, or peanut butter! It depends what you want. for the ones I'm going to cover with fondant/icing I do sugar cookie, but if you're just going to put a few decorations in BC, you could do chocolate chip or anything you want!
