So I think it's time for me to branch out and try fondant...

Which recipe would you recommend for a newbie. I want something that is relatively easy to work with, but tastes good. That's my biggest worry about fondant...beautifully decorated cakes, but I hear they taste yuck).

So what's your favorite? Which should I try?

Give MMF a try. It's super easy to make, tastes good, and works well for covering a cake and for decorations.

I am gonna second the MMF! Add in flavorings/extracts(vanilla, butter, almond, etc). Not only is it cheap to make, with flavorings, it is yummy! Jen
