i have the square wilton pans. I have never really charged for a cake. How much would you charge for these sizes?
Cake will be plain BC, no filling, no designs just shell border.

edited to ask: how much would you normally charge for delivery?

thanks!

For me local delivery (within my town of 300k) is $10, or free if order is over $100. I have a per serving price for all cakes which makes it a lot easier to price all the different sizes. I do it like this:
cakes that serve 1-15: $3.88 per serving
16-25: $3.57
26-35: $3.27
36-45: $2.96
45+: $2.66

(The numbers are odd due to a % price increase last year - customers only see the final, sensible numbers) Fondant is $1 more. This is just for party cakes, mind you, and I have the pps lessen because the larger the cake the less work per serving.
