Black Fondant Turned Dark Green????

Why did it turn green? It turned a hunter green. I have Fondx white fondant and tinted it with Wilton black color and it turned green?

HELP?!!!!

What brand color did you use?Most of the blacks have a blue base to them.It also may have reacted to the ingredients in the fondex.Not sure what to suggest.

Silly me didn't read...You used wilton....Hmmmm it has to be the fondant!!

Did you have it in direct light? Lots of people have been having problems with red based colours fading and trust me wilton black has a lot of red in it. Most people have written that the fondant was in view of a window or really harsh light. Just my two cents.
