not sure what your filling is. anything that needs to be refridgerated obviously needs to be. I would think if the strawberries are in the filling, there fore sealed, they would be ok. just my humble opinion though.
The filling is just pastry pride with cut up fresh strawberries mixed in. It's a strawberries and cream cake.
This is going to be a big cake. More like a wedding cake size then an 8th birthday party cake.
I guess I will just have to find room somehow in my refrigerator. I so need another one just for cakes!
