So I have noticed this often that I pipe all my cakes while turning my cake clockwise.

So I am piping counter clockwise around my cake!

What does everyone else do??

I spin my cakes counter clockwise and pipe clockwise....does that make me left brained?

I wonder if handedness has an effect. I am right-handed, and pipe shells with the cake rotating clockwise like you.

This allows me to not have to reach across the cake or twist my wrist backwards

I think it depends on what hand you use. I am left-handed so I spin my cake counter clockwise and pipe clockwise.

I am right handed, but as earlier stated I rotate my cakes counter clockwise and pipe clockwise.

I'm right-handed, and I turn my cake clockwise, and decorate counter-clockwise. thumbs_up.gif
