if sat. >
Wed. - bake and freeze
Thurs - make icing/fondant froo-froo
Fri - put it all together
Sat - run around in a frazzle -- but at least the cake is done.

ROFL 'froo froo'
Is that near the tooky?

I would make and freeze the cake ahead of time. And just in case some of your 'froo froo' (LOL) gets broke, make sure you make some extras.

If you are decorating it tomorrow, you don't have to freeze it. Just wrap it in plastic wrap and pop in fridge or even leave on counter.

I think you did a great job! Peronally, I'd have put some more "stuff" on it... polka dots, swirlies or something... but I like my cakes a bit busy (it hides more flaws that way! LOL!)
