I want to make Wilton's Ganache Glaze to cover mini egg cakes. I accidently got "heavy" whipping cream, instead of regular whipping cream, which the recipe calls for. Do you think it makes a difference???

I dont think it will make a difference. I have noticed that heavy whipping cream tends to turn to whipped cream faster then regular whipping cream, you dont have to beat it as long. I think the only difference is that there is a higher fat content in heavy whipping cream.

Heavy whipped cream has more fat than light. I have used light instead of heavy and it didn't matter.
