Hi all
I am doing my first wedding cake on May 13. The small top cake is to be Gluten free. 
I see a few recipes for this on here, would like to know if anyone has tried any of them and how they were, or if anyone has a great one they could pass on to me. 
These are good friends of mine and have been very supportive of my new passion and hobby so would love to make this special for them.
