I am just about to make this stuff and the recipe calls for 2/3rds cup white sugar...so do I assume thats granulated white sugar or powdered white sugar?

Made with evaporated milk, this achieves the consistency of whipped cream.
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup shortening
2/3 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup cold evaporated milk
1 In a large bowl, cream butter, shortening, sugar and vanilla for 8 to 10 minutes. With mixer on high, add cold evaporated milk 1 tablespoon at a time.
2 Frost cake as desired and keep refrigerated.

Ok so I made it...very light and creamy....tastes more like the Dream Whip whipped cream....I like it....really good for peeps who don't like buttercream...but I love'em all....
I'm definitely saving this one too....sounds yummy.....almost sounds like a cross between whipped icing and bc
