In every wedding book or magazin I see "Seating Cards". So please tell me how do they work! I only know table plans, but those cards look much nicer, if I only knew how to use them!

Its just a decorative card with the guests name and table number...and it gets picked up at the receiving line. hth!

Are they sorted by names? And how do you find your table number?

They usually have the names in alphabetical order and then the tables are numbers placed on them so that everyone can find their table easier.
