This will be my FIRST important cake since I started learning to decorate. I want to do a whimsical cake, but not tilted, just that bowed out on top shape. SO whatever i decide to do will be on a 2 tier in that shape. It is for my daughter's birthday which is in a May, so I want pleanty of time to plan, make shapes ect. She asked me for Tom and Jerry because she liked the FBCT of them in my photo's. She told me today though that she really liked the ALLOSAURUS she was learning about. Then she told me that she would love that as her cake, but she was sticking to Tom & Jerry. When I asked her why, she said she didn't want me to have to do all the work on the dino cake. I told her t wasn't a problem and told her I would do it but she said no. SHe told me she was excited to see what I came up with for her cake. So what do Ido? Give her the dino cake she wants or do what she said she was looking forward to? Also either way I need ideas on how to decorate the cake. Any sugestions or ideas you have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
