I tried it for the very first time this past weekend and was very happy with how well it crusts. And the taste is wonderful. I am wondering how I would get a wedding white color though? Any suggestions? thanks

I also tried it for the first time last week. It's so yummy and WAY better than the class buttercream. I just used a couple TBSP of meringue powder in the recipe and it crusted just fine [it's my Curious George cake]
It won't be as white as the class stuff because of the butter but if you are coloring it anyway....SO MUCH BETTER FLAVOR!

Enjoy

Oh you can try to use the Wilton Icing Color White-White to whiten or lighten the icing. I haven't done it yet - with the buttercream dream icing - so I don't know how well it works with it but... there is a suggestion
