Be careful, I quit using Pettinice when I came into a batch of IVORY fondant marked white. Fondant is too pricing to have those kind of mistakes and then to return the stuff to my store 52 miles one way is a pain! And if it is the only fondant you have in the house and you don't have time to go get a new batch - big nightmare!
