Ok, one more question...
I just got my KA this week ( icon_biggrin.gif hehe) but I'm not sure what to make my buttercream with. Do I use the wire whisk or the paddle? surely not the dough hook, but which of the other two? dunce.gif

Use the paddle! Wire wisk will add to much air!

I heard both! icon_eek.gif Use the whisk to get it whipped really well then the paddle to smooth out the texture.

thanks! icon_biggrin.gif I just used the paddle and I still can't get over how much easier and faster it is on a KA than with my little $6 hand mixer. party.gif hooray for KA! lol
