I'm wanting to order some hi-ratio shortening. I'm looking at Alpine and Sweetex. Does anyone know if one is better than the other, or do you prefer one over the other? Thanks ya'll!!!

I have only used Sweetex but I love it. I just ordered 50lbs from Cincinati Cake and Candy Supply. It was great. If you spend $100 the shipping is free. The 50lbs was like $78 and there were some other things I needed so it worked out really well. The shipping cost is what had been holding me back from getting it.
