Hi All. Im looking to start my 1st wedding cake. Can anyone share their recipes. What types of cakes should I use for tier cakes? Im also looking for a firm eggless cake recipe.
The advice I was given was that the WASC (White almond sour cream cake) was great, and also the Classic White cake II. They are both listed in the recipe section on this website!
I haven't tried them yet, my 1st wedding cake is next week!
