Hey, I live about 10 minutes from Wine and Cake. I go there all the time. Cool.
The best customer service, fast shipping and variety of products, especially in the way of gumpaste cutters and veiners, tools, etc. is
Global Sugar Art. They carry everything on the post I made of a basic gumpaste kit. Plus they are now carrying two wonderful companies products, new to Global, Holly Products has wonderful gumpaste molds, Sunflower has great flower cutters and veiners.

I would also include sugarcraft.com on that list. I shop from them all the time and have never had a problem! Their prices are competitive also.

It is nice to live close to a cake supply store. It's really funny because if you look at the place from the outside, you think, there's no way this place has much. But they really do have just about everything you could want. They don't have Butavan though and I really love that stuff. So, gotta order that. Oh well, can't have everything, right?
I just recently found a site with great prices and the shipping rates are also great. I ordered the FMM Alphabet Sets and paid total price for both as what I had found only one set without shipping for on other sites. Check it out.

Have you asked if they would order Butavan? I can't remember if I read this online or if it was in an email from them but they said that if you didn't see what you were looking for on there site to just ask, that sometimes they have stuff that's not online (I know you have been IN the store) and if they didn't have it they would see if they could get it for you.
