If you do a google search on gumpaste flowers you'll find the places that sell them. I think one of them is SugarCraft.com...I'm not positive so give that a try.
As far as the classes in your area...I'm not sure BUT...I didn't take the classes and I taught myself. If you get the Wilton book they take you through step by step and have pictures for each step. I found it really easy and I'm sure that if I can do it..
...LOL!! The worst you could do is have your 50% off coupon (if you have a Michaels in your area) buy the book and some gumpaste try it on your own and if you can't do it THEN take the class.
I know that someone will be along that's in your area. I don't know if Joanne Farbrics does classes....what about Hobby Lobby....
http://www.discountsugarflowers.com/default.aspx I have ordered twice from them. The flowers were exactly as pictured and arrived in good time and in perfect condition.
Shamy,
You can check out Lorraine's in Hanover. I know she does classes, but I'm not sure which ones she is offering. Not sure of her website, but search Lorraine's Hanover and you should find it.

Micheals has exclusive rights to that class until May acording to my Wilton instructor. She is so disgusted with the class she won't even teach it. She said her students will figure it out on there own. It is very remedial. I have not taken it, but have heard a lot of complaints about it. I did get the kit at 50% off.

I was invited to be a Wilton Instructor at Hobby Lobby. According to the material they sent me, they can start offering the fondant and gum paste classes in May.
Hobby Lobby is offering the course in May, I am in Course 3 now and the new course begins right after it. Wilton has been holding confrences for all of the instructors to make sure they are well taught for this new course.
