Can Angel food cake bebaked in a regular round pan? I've been asked to do a stacked angel food cake with white chocolate buttercream and fresh berries and I'm not sure how I would do that with a tube pan....

Thanks!

really? chocolate buttercream with angel food? Very interesting. I have torted an angel food cake before and put berries and cream in the middle, but have not even thought of a round pan...can't wait to hear from others! Angel food is so light, I would almost think that chocolate buttercream would completely weigh it down.

bump... I'm curious about this one. I don't have a tube pan but would love to try making an Angel Food cake.

Anyone?
