Problems Posting Pictures..arrh

Has anyone had the following message come up while trying to upload pics..
No picture was uploaded !
If you have really selected a picture to upload, check that the server allows file uploads...
I loaded one picture the other day, no problem, now I can't load any, I've tried everything. 
Any suggestions.. I've already emailed Heath and Jackie and are awaiting their reply, but in the meantime, If someone else has had this error message and knows what to do, please let me know.

be sure the pic you are trying to upload isn't too big. my digital camera is over 10 megapixels so i email to myself (to make a smaller file) and save that pic and use it.
